THE ORIGINAL DESIGN WAS DYNO TESTED @ HMWF LLC. IT DID WELL BUT KNEW WE COULD GET MORE GAINS BY OPENING UP THE PORT, SO IT SET BACK THE ORIGINAL PRODUCTION SCHEDULE THEY WILL BE SHIPPED EXPRESS WITH A 550 SPIKE SET FIRST WEEK OF JULY THERE WILL ALSO BE SOME AVAILABLE AT EXILE PART DEALERS

MAY 1 - JUNE 7 ALL 592XP MUFFLER ORDERS WILL RECEIVE A SET OF 3PT AR500 SPIKES WHEN AVAILABLE.

    Made from AR600 Steel which is used for ballistic armor plate as well as cutting edges on some of the worlds biggest mining equipment due to its high wear and impact resistance.

    Significantly harder then TITANIUM & HEAT TREATED Spikes.

    AR600 has a Brinell hardness of 600 (BNH) while TITANIUM typically has a Brinell hardness of 200 - 400 depending on the grade.

    We took OEM gaskets and made them better!

    Made from a high temperature graphite and carbon mix ensures an air tight seal and a built-in stainless steel tang for added strength.
